What is tetra safe start for and should i use it?

so i read in a website that tetra safe start is a good way to cycle your tank quickly and im thinking of buying it and using it, but does it actually work and how long do i have to wait till it cycles with this? and is it actually worth buying it or should i just a do a fishless cycle its for a 30 gallon freshwater tank that will have 5 glofish,5 cherry barbs,5 neons maybe still not sure about those but for sure 1 male dwarf gourami because i already got it and for sure 3 platies because i already have them and 4 julii cories. so can you tell me more about this product.
