Oblivion mod for containers(e.g. chests barrels sacks) retexture? Make them look more colorful...?

Is there a mod that will change the look of sacks, chests, and barrels, etc, to make them look more colorful? i saw a picture of a chest with gold bands, and nails, and cedar-looking wood, but i cant find any textures mods. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!
