More blood in 3 year old's urine??

So I am back at square one with my 3 year old daughters urine....I had an earlier post about a month ago asking about this and we have gotten no where...We went to the ER last night per on call dr and all they did was a urine culture and a micro of the urine. Her rbc count was 5 thousand something and her wbc was 300 and when we got there her blood pressure was 131/91 and when we left it was 119/95... So my question is what could be causing this.? Her urine looked like straight up dark cherry kool aid...We know they tested her before for calcium and they said her calcium was high in her urine but the blood in urine went away and now is back worse than before... She also had a fever last night and runny nose and cough... they are saying UTI but the cultrues ARE ALWAYS NEGATIVE........... Im just wanting answers. Her urine has a really strong smell most of the time. Today is Wensday and her urinalysis on Monday was PERFECT...
