Why is my portfolio not updating my new transactions but stock pricing change do?

I added new buys to my transactions, they are not showing on the portfolio. I also created a new portfolio and a test transaction, the portfolio will not show up so I tried to create it again. It says I can't duplicate the name, so that is not updating either.
