Why do certain racial groups when they get mad at your question bring up African Americans as a way to change?

the subject .And the question was not directed toward black people.It's as if some racial groups use black people as a scape goat for the things pertaining to non blacks.I admire the history of African Americas in this country by the way. I don't understand the parallel?
