Im afraid my diet doesnt have enough variety in it, can someone please give me some advice?

ok so ive been trying to lose weight for ages now, and so ive sort of developed what i see to be a diet that is still healthy and normal but minimal amount of calories. what i usually eat is for breakfast porridge with a few dates, if im hungry in the morning an apple, for lunch a salad with beans, chickpeas, peas and corn, sweet potato, pumpkin and cherry tomatoes, afternoon snack is normally yoghurt or fruit salad and for dinner whatever my mum makes. this would be a good day for me so obviously there is some variation depending if i go out to eat or whatever but does this sound varied enough? is there any essential stuff im missing out on that i could incorporate in, that isnt going to have heaps of calories? i do still eat fatty stuff like cakes etc but i try my best to limit it, but i do eat it haha.
