You don't need to 'get it removed' If you've had sex you most likely don't have a hymen any more any way.. The bits of tissue you are finding on your tampon is from your uterus... When you have your period your body not only gets rid of blood, but your uterine lining. Its perfectly normal, and nothing to worry about.
