Coolant in the oil, what could it be ? Blown head gasket ?

I have an 03 Dodge Ram pickup with a 4.7 Engine. I was checking my oil the other day and I had some water on the dip stick and that yellow stuff you get from mixing with coolant. So immediately I thought it was a blown head gasket. So I went ahead and changed my oil sure enough it looked like a milk shake ...so by now I was dreading what I was goin to find. I haven't driven it in a week and I've been asking around and they think it might be a head that's cracked only thing is my pickup hasn't over heated once ?? I can do the repair myself only thing is I don't have money for heads right now and I don't wanna take em out and find out they're warped or cracked...
