Everything on my screen is too big when I play this game?

I just downloaded a game and when I play it it fills too much of my screen, like it has been stretched. I've had this happen before when I installed a game and I right-clicked on the icon and changed something in the properties-display section but that was on an older laptop and this one doesn't have that option. Can you help me? If it helps, the game is called '5 Days a Stranger'. Thanks.
