How can I get ChaCha to unblock my number?

So a friend of mine was using my phone to ChaCha and got my number blocked for asking something about rape. How can I fix this? This was like 7 months ago. No I don't want to change my number, and I already tried calling (it said I am blocked) and I already tried stopping and restarting my service with them.
